At Take da Gospel we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
If there's any issue with your order such as a misprint, damage, or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at prettyfaj@yahoo.com or/and support@takedagospel.com. We will gladly accept unused/unworn, or defective merchandise in original condition of delivery for free returns or exchanges with proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange an item, kindly contact us at prettyfaj@yahoo.com or/and support@takedagospel.com. Items to be exchanged must be unused/unworn, unwashed and in original packaging and condition, to qualify for an exchange.
Please note that while exchanges are free, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the new item.
Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because we are a young and growing business, we can not refund orders for buyer’s remorse at this time.
Refunds
After we receive and inspecte your item, we will send you a notification email about receiving it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, only cost of merchandise is refunded.
